Piret Kaev has studied at Tallinn Service School (2018) and Tallinn School of Economics as a Quality Specialist (2022). He has worked in customer service for over 15 years. 2017. In 2007 Piret was awarded 3rd place in the Tallinn Best Service Person competition and then 2nd place in the Estonian Best Service Person competition.
