Graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Tartu and completed a residency in dermatovenerology.

She has attended professional conferences and practical training courses in skin and venereal diseases and aesthetic dermatology in several European countries, as well as in oncodermatology and dermatoscopy at the University of Graz, Austria.

Dr Allik is a member of the Estonian Society of Dermatology and Ophthalmology (ENSAS) and the Estonian Medical Association (EAL).
