We perform surgical removal for aesthetic purposes of moles, skin tumors, and subcutaneous tissue tumors (lipomas, sebaceous cysts).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The specific methodology for the removal of various skin and subcutaneous tissue tumors depends on the type, size, and location of the tumor. Usually, the removed tissue is sent to the laboratory for examination to confirm the initial diagnosis, whether it involves benign or malignant changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Outpatient minor surgery procedures are performed under local anesthesia. The procedure typically lasts less than 1 hour and is not painful (some discomfort may occur only during the administration of the local anesthetic). Stitches are applied to the wound, and they need to be removed at the clinic 1-2 weeks later, depending on the location and size of the wound.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
