If suspicious lesions are found during the skin examination, the patient will be advised on the best method for further diagnosis and treatment. Based on the findings, the patient’s skin type, the number and type of moles, the presence of sun damage, heredity, and other factors, the doctor will advise how often skin examinations should be repeated. A full body skin examination<\/strong>, or dermatoscopy, involves both digital and manual epiluminescence microscopy for the diagnosis of skin changes, with the possibility of digital image recording. Dermatoscopy is used worldwide to improve the diagnostic accuracy of melanoma and skin cancer and to quickly differentiate between benign and malignant skin tumors without invasive procedures. Dermatoscopy allows for the systematic mapping and dynamic monitoring of skin changes over the entire body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n All our doctors have undergone specialized training in dermatoscopy, and many are members of the International Dermoscopy Society, which allows for teledermatoscopic consultations with other leading specialists worldwide for complex problems. If a doctor conducts the dermatoscopy, you will receive the results during the appointment, along with any necessary advice on the further treatment plan.
